Lawyers for Siddiqui claimed that he was offered credit by the Mohegan Sun who knew that he was a problem gambler.

Re opens

Casino Red fell victim to the recession in 2008 with the loss of 100 jobs.

The casino is now housed in the listed grade 2 building the former Princess cinema in Northumberland Street Huddersfield.

Casino Red will re open next month.
